We support different payment methods including different web payments.
The Web Payments is all browser based, the specific payment method available to customers depends on the browser they’re using.
Safari: Customers with Apple Pay details stored will see an Apple Pay checkout button.
Chrome and Edge: Customers with stored payment details on desktop and Android will see a “Pay with Browser” button
The cable built-in error proof function, check your cable if it is plugged into the correct side, the display/source text is been indicated on both ends of the cable. There are three situations that the red light will keep flashing:
1. Only the SOURCE side is been connected
2. The cable is plugged into the opposite direction
3. The SOURCE device is power off

There is a touch sensor on the DISPLAY side. Hold the touch sensor for 3 seconds to turn off/on the lighting function. Please hold the touch sensor for 3 seconds to check if you have the lighting turned off or on.
The other scenario is that your source device is not powered. The ARQUUS W73 will be in a power saving mode. Data transmission still works under this situation.

There is a touch sensor on the DISPLAY side where the “V” is. Touch the “V” to swap between lighting options.
Fiber optical cables are unidirectional, meaning they can only be plugged in one way. Please make sure to plug in the SOURCE and DISPLAY sides correctly. See the following connection guide video.

Yes, VIVIFY cables are flexible and can bend in order to fit your set up. The minimum bending radius is 10mm.
